Formula material ratio: (calculated based on total oil weight 400g)
1) Virgin olive oil 80%-320g
2) Virgin bay fruit oil 20%-80g
3) Sodium hydroxide-54g
4) Pure water 2 times-108g

5) Low molecular weight flavonoid extract 3%-15g
☆Oil temperature 24 degrees/Alkali solution 24 degrees/☆Soap liquid temperature entering the mold 27 degrees. The total soap product of this formula is about 577g.
1. Weigh the virgin olive oil and virgin bay fruit oil. The oil temperature of the two vegetable oils is about 24 degrees.
2. Pour the virgin olive oil and virgin bay fruit oil into the cup in sequence and stir evenly.
3. Slowly add sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (about 24 degrees) into the cup and stir evenly using a spatula.
4. After stirring the liquid, add the flavonoid extract solution and continue stirring manually.
5. Use an electric mixer until the liquid turns into a thick yogurt consistency.
6. Finally, stir manually until the liquid becomes "thick", also known as trace.
7. When the soap appears trace-like, pour it into the mold and keep it in a box to keep it warm. It will be demoulded after about 1-2 days. ☆☆Soap temperature 27 degrees
8. After taking off the film, cut the soap according to the softness and hardness of the body, and let it dry and mature for 30-60 days before use.
